Tyler, The Creator Causes “Crowd Chaos” At Signing In Boston

A shitload of Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All fans got a little out of control when the collective stopped by the Newbury Comics located on Newbury Street in Boston yesterday. Tyler, the Creator was there to sign copies of Goblin and if you wanted your CD signed, you needed to have a wristband. But that didn’t stop the non-wristband folks from showing up and effectively shutting down a good portion of the street. During the ruckus, a 13-year-old girl was arrested for disorderly conduct and a police officer was injured, though he was treated and released from the hospital a few hours later.

This all went down prior to the OFWGKTA show at the Paradise Rock Club, where the crew performed for about an hour or so. Although their set was brief, they had the crowd going wild the entire time as they tackled tracks from across their catalog, from Radical to Ali to Goblin. Hell, people were losing it just for Syd’s opening 15-minute DJ set, especially when she dropped the Waka Flocka and Gucci Mane joints. The highlight of the night came when they all screamed the “Kill people, burn shit, fuck school” hook of “Radicals,” off Goblin, which led to the crowd bum-rushing the stage before “Earl” finished things off. My head hurts.
