Tussle is one of the few bands that's constantly in its element--whether opening for Cluster, touring with Outhud, or playing alongside Karlheinz Stockhausen, the SF quartet's marriage of Liquid Liquid's double-exposed rhythms to krauty synth bubbles makes for a dynamic live show. The band will be embarking on an extensive US tour this September and October in support of their new album Cream Cuts, to be released August 26 on Oslo's estimable Smalltown Supersound label. Cream Cuts is the band's third full-length, which Tussle desribes as their most "epic and experimental to date"; appropriately, the band will be sharing the stage with the likes of Faust, Vetiver, and Free Blood on the tour.
