Tupac Center vandal nabbed

Last Thursday, a suspect was arrested in connection to the vandal attacks on the Tupac Amaru Shakur Center for the Arts in Stone Mountain, Georgia. DeKalb County police arrested Kenneth Anthony Wilson and he now faces a charge of second degree criminal damage, which is a felony. Wilson, who is African American, will not be slapped with a hate crime charge because it appears that these attacks, which include the noose found on the statue of Tupac on October 20, were not racially motivated. Why not slap him with a hate crime? It was totally racially motivated.
