Drummer Travis Barker and Adam "DJ AM" Goldstein were critically injured in a Learjet crash in South Carolina. The plane was carrying a total of six passengers. The other four, whose names have not been released, perished in the crash. Kathleen Bergen, a spokesman for the FAA, said that the plane was departing shortly before midnight when the tower reported seeing sparks coming from the plane. The plane then went off the runway and into a nearby road. Barker and Goldstein were taken to a burn center in Columbia, Georgia. No further information is available about their condition. The two were in the state playing a free concert at the University of South Carolina. [New York Times]
