There's a slim chance that Travis Barker's solo album will actually be listenable, and he'll prove that even people mostly known as drummers in pop-punk bands can deliver a piece of great art. Failing that, he's at least giving a lot of people some work. Added to a line-up that already includes Lil' Wayne, RZA, and The Game is mask-wearing Slipknot vocalist Corey Taylor. The missing link, it would seem, would be the Insane Clown Posse. They're a little bit rap, a little bit metal, and all the way failing at being movie stars. Mr. Barker, give them a much deserved second chance in the world of popular music.[NME]
Please, no.
leave my Slipknot alone. They're actually a decent band.
I cannot agree, my friend.
they have one album i really like, begrudgingly.
Slipknot are good. Corey Taylor is a great vocalist. His range is outstanding. I'm not sure Travis is a better drummer than Slipknot's or Stone Sour's for that matter, but I'm willing to give it a listen.
