Here's ...And You Will Know Us By the Trail of Dead's video for "Naked Sun." I can't even begin to put into words just how weird this video is. Maybe if the band had put as much creativity into So Divided as Cat Solen put into directing the video, the album would have fared better in the press.

And here I thought Sigur Ros had cornered the market on videos starring small bands of grade-schoolers with superpowers walking around dramatic landscapes.

--- this album got shit on by the press. After listening to it many times, I really feel the band has fallen prey to the most cliche, underserving kind of 'indie backlash. It's really an excellent record. Far better than World's Apart, in my opinion
