Trail Of Dead And Surfer Blood Touring Together

Some old hands at the indie rock game are heading out on the road with a bunch of young bucks in April and May, as …And You Will Know Us By The Trail Of Dead get together with Surfer Blood for a tour. It’s questionable which of these bands is the bigger act at this point, although it’s not yet clear who will headline on each night.

Trail of Dead has a new album coming out to coincide with the tour, titled Tao of the Dead, which will be issued on Richter Scale Records on Feb. 8. There’s no new Surfer Blood material to report, except for rumors of an EP, but they will doubtless still be plowing through tunes from last year’s successful Astro Coast debut.
