Simian Mobile Disco may be known for its production jobs and remixes for Muse, Klaxons, The Go! Team and others, but the UK duo display some eye-opening sass of its own on "3 Pin Dip," a new track drawn from the upcoming North America only Simian Mobile Disco EP. Jittery analog sounds abound, as if we're listening to the movements of a cranky robot with only about five moving parts. A simple four-on-the-floor is really the only percussive base - the track's minimal but it gets the job done with style.
