Toro Y Moi To Host Free Listening Events That Feature Original Artwork

Toro Y Moi’s Chaz Bundick has put an artful spin on the concept of a record listening party—this November fans in Brooklyn and San Francisco will be able to listen to the entirety of the musician’s upcoming third album Anything In Return via a mixed media gallery installation.

According to the Toro y Moi blog, “13 original drawings from Chaz Bundick will be on display, each paired with a corresponding song from the album that fans can listen to via Incase headphones. These events, conceived by Bundick himself, will be free and open to the public.”

"I just wanted to do something fun for this album release," said Bundick in a press release. So be sure to drop by Project Parlor in Brooklyn Nov. 2-4 and Public Works in San Francisco Nov. 16-18 for what promises to be an immersive, synesthetic, and well, fun experience.

Toro y Moi's Anything In Return is due out Jan. 22 on Carpark. You can find the details of his winter tour dates here, and stream the track "So Many Details" below (via SoundCloud).
