Tori Amos told two women Wednesday night at the Copley Symphony Hall in San Diego to “get the fuck out of my show,” for repeatedly getting up and down from their seats, according to an eyewitness, NME reports. “It's a privilege to sit in the front row and I reserve those seats for people who appreciate music. Get the fuck out,” Amos said as fans cheered her on. The women were escorted out of the venue by security, according to NME, but from the footage posted on You Tube it’s impossible to tell. And one comment at NME.com suggests otherwise. “people at the show claim it was the security that she told to ‘get the fuck out’ because they were preventing fans from dancing.” [NME]
I can't believe I had to watch 2 minutes of Tori to get to the part where she kicks the ladies out.
A bit immature on Tori's part.
Yeah, it's rude to stand up and sit down during a show, but maybe there was an emergency that had to be looked after?
Tori should have showed her mature side and let them stay, just embarrass them a bit.

Tori Amos is Bjork style crazy.

did you guys see that interview with her on Dutch television? she's bat sh-t crazy.
I especially liked how, when prompted to say something all "out-of-the-box," she claimed that she had a 12" cock. If I may slip on my Freudian knickers for a moment, I think that unconscious statement says something about her fairly militant feminism... in so many words, she really just wants a manpenis.
PS: why is the "s" word not allowed on these forums???
dude, she was referring to the "cock" she's holding on the cover of her latest album. i.e., a rooster.

It's all really pretty confusing. At the North Carolina show (Youtube video here: http://youtube.com/watch?v=WScEeFSA9p4), she stops her performance of "Big Wheel" to kick out a security guard who was preventing a front row fan from dancing. Now she's supposedly kicking fans out? Another site claims the girls in San Diego had spent the entire evening taking pictures of themselves and spilling beer. Who knows?

I love Tori and her music, but after seeing three different clips of her kicking people out in basically the same way, it makes me think that maybe it's a publicity stunt. Maybe people are planted at random to "misbehave" so Tori can kick them out, look all bad-ass, and show fans that if they get out of line, she's not afraid to void your ticket.
