Those of you that were waiting with baited breath for prog-metal purveyors, Tool, to kick off their spring tour should find something else to occupy your minds for the next little while. The upcoming trek has been postponed indefinitely after drummer Danny Carey tore his bicep this past weekend, forcing him to go under the knife. The surgery went well by all accounts, but Carey will require time to rest up before getting behind the kit again. New dates have yet to be announced. Here's the message from the Tool website:"Tool will be rescheduling their upcoming North American tour due to an injury in the band. Over the weekend, drummer Danny Carey tore a bicep. Danny underwent surgery TODAY and is recovering well. Rescheduled tour dates will be announced shortly."
