Tommy Lee Being Sued By Former Assistant For Unpaid Wages

Tommy Lee is being sued by a former assistant who claims that the Motley Crue drummer never paid him overtime. The man, Michael Anthony Sullivan, worked for Lee from January 2005 through March 2011 and cites in his lawsuit that he was on-call 24 hours a day and often worked 16 hours each day. But according to Sullivan, he never saw a dime of overtime pay. Additionally, he said that $1,000 pay was deducted each month for rent after he was required to move into Lee’s home. Other claims, including willful disparagement of reputation, are listed at Rolling Stone.
