Tokyo Police Club return to touring North America in July

For having a lot of worldwide tour dates coming up, Tokyo Police Club, ironically enough, aren't going to be playing in Tokyo. They will be making the rounds of the European festival circuit starting later this month and into July. Then in mid-July, the Toronto-based band returns to North America. anybody else think this band is overrated?

They are a bit overrated - essentially like every other dancy, post-punky band out there, but a couple of their songs are sort of addicting. I blame their hype on a Gilmore Girls name-dropping.

I agree, overrated. I saw them at Coachella and wasnt overly impressed, I stayed for 4 of their tunes then left to see if there was anything more interesting going on.
