While it was announced some time ago, it looks like TiVo (hereafter referred to as Tivo) have made their newfound integration with Rhapsody live. Rhapsody customers will be able to search for music, stream songs and playlists, and use the Tivo thumbs up / down to rate what tracks they prefer.
This is much preferable to my strategy, which is to hook a laptop up to my stereo receiver, perched precariously and vulnerable to drunken stumblebums, but a true party solution would allow for a split screen with the Wii. Still, for anyone who has spent a bored Sunday afternoon browsing through the cable radio station lineup, this should offer a nice respite. Tivo is offering a free 30-day trial of Rhapsody to get you hooked.
