Tiësto To Play Largest Single Headline DJ Show In U.S. History

Dutch producer/DJ Tiesto is gearing up for what will end up being the largest single headline DJ show in the history of the U.S. He’s embarking on a lengthy jaunt called “Club Life College Invasion Tour” that will take him across the country, from Kingston, R.I. to Austin, Texas to, ultimately, Los Angeles, Calif. And when he gets to L.A. on Oct. 8, he’ll play the aforementioned gigantic show at the Home Depot Stadium. It has a capacity of 26,000 and is typically home to Major League Soccer’s Los Angeles Galaxy and Chivas USA. On Oct. 8, though, it’ll be all Tiesto and glow-stick everything. Well, sort of. He will be joined on the tour by Porter Robinson, an 18-year-old DJ from Chapel Hill, N.C. who’s still in high school. He previously served as support on Tiesto’s recent Canadian jaunt.
