Times New Viking to play Velvet Underground tribute show

On February 14, in their hometown of Columbus, Ohio, Times New Viking will be playing a Velvet Underground tribute show at the Andy Warhol exhibit at the Wexner Center for the Arts, titled “Andy Warhol: Other Voices, Other Rooms.”

The show will hopefully feature lo-fi takes of “Waiting for the Man” and “Heroin,” along with the rest of the Velvet Underground catalog.

Times New Viking have a handful of dates coming up with Deerhunter and Holly Golightly, along with the V.U. tribute on Valentine’s Day.
