Time Magazine's Latest Cover Photographed With An iPhone
Magazines are in trouble. With Newsweek's landmark decision to end their print edition many publications are looking for the next eye-catching photograph or tantalizing headline just controversial enough to grab a casual reader's attention. The latest image to grace the cover of Time Magazine does just that, although some may miss it's appeal without proper context.
Shot by photographer Benjamin Lowy, the image accompanying Bryan Walsh's Hurricane Sandy piece titled Outsmarting The Surge was taken with nothing but an iPhone and the Hipstamatic photo editing application. [9 to 5 Mac]
