Timbaland gives film producing a try

Billboard is reporting that Timbaland’s Mosley Media Group is producing Vinyl, the story of five young women making decisions about their relationships with guys in a rock band. The film is set to start filming this spring, and Timbaland will serve as its executive producer.

Vinyl will be directed by its writer, Richard Zelniker, and be co-produced by Timbaland’s wife, Monique Idlett-Mosley, and Effie Brown, who produced Real Women Have Curves and Rocket Science. [Billboard]
