T.I. "Big Shit Poppin" (MP3)

Yesterday, we reported details on the upcoming T.I. album T.I. vs. TIP and posted a snippet of the lead single "Big Shit Poppin." Well, in less than 24 hours the full track has appeared online. T.I. still sounds hungry and the Mannie Fresh guitar backed beat is far from your usual club track, but this should still get the dance floor hopping. For those keeping track "Big Shit Poppin" represents a T.I.P. track. Here's what T.I. has said about the song:
"Big Shit Poppin' is really just me talking to these people who say things and can't back it up," T.I. said, referring to the song's title as it will probably appear on the album. "You know how some people say, 'Money talks and bullshit runs a marathon?' I'm saying the equivalent of that."

This track exhibits both the growing trend of guitar incorporation i.e. lil jon's crunk rock, as well as lyrical versatility that is a signature component of T.I's style. This track is tight and to say otherwise reveals an lack of understanding about T.I. as an artist, King was great, very refined, radio-friendly with solid production, but this album exihits an conceptual experimentation that most hip hop artists are afraid to even attempt.

T.I. is by far an amazing artist. King is very hard to top. This is a hot song! I am not crazy bout the guitar, but it does show a willingness to take risk. It is not a typical club banger, but it will top the charts. The lyrical content of T.I. is what truly sets him apart from others coming up in the game. Easily the best out of the A.T.L.
