Thom Yorke Says No New Radiohead Albums in the Forseeable Future

Remember those NME reports from May that said Radiohead were in the process of recording a new album? Bullocks, says Thom Yorke, who in an interview with The Believer said there are no plans for another Radiohead full-length in the foreseeable future.

"None of us want to go into that creative hoo-ha of a long-play record again. Not straight off, I mean, it's just become a real drag. It worked with In Rainbows because we had a real fixed idea about where we were going. But we've all said that we can't possibly dive into that again. It'll kill us."

Yorke says that the band are contemplating doing orchestral stuff together, and are probably going to do more projects like their one-off single for Harry Patch. [Clash Music]
