It would have probably hurt Radiohead's career more than anything to have a photo op with Miley. I think the Radiohead fans of the world are giving a big collective shrug at all this.

i am so glad they did this. I am a HUGE radiohead fan, and they just hate the fame and stuff associated with music nowadays. I am not suprised at all they did this, and i'm glad cause she thinks she can get whatever she wants.

honestly, with all the attention they receive as performers and musicians why do they care so much about what Thom did to them?
I think that such stars with ego masses the size of Delaware need to have someone who ignores them like Thom did in order to remind them that they're normal human beings.

i ADORE radiohead and miley cyrus annoys the CRAP out of me but im not going to take sides completly. It was harsh for radiohead to snub miley, imagine if it was you who had a chance to meet them, you would take that chance right. miley didnt have to go all braty adolescent teen on them though, still she is only 16 and they were her favourite band, you can kinda understand how she might have felt.

Miley's and Kanye's inflated egos have prevented them from seeing that it was not a snub at all. Thom Yorke is a true introvert and is not declining their offers out of arrogance. I think he really cannot relate to the whole scene of american celebrity..which he has said before seems insane to him that celebrities in America live on a higher plain. I think he is a regular guy..a shy one at that..which is probably why he is a creative genius unlike Miley and other pop icons. What exactly would they have to talk about?

It's hard to meet people when they are constantly toting their egos around with them, too. Well, in the case of Kanye and Miley, it's pretty much a virtual army made of their own egos. And in Miley's case, it's that prepackaged bubblegum pop crap marketed by Disney that's basically everything absolutely wrong with music these days. I wouldn't want to meet her either, tbh.
