A few days ago, we reported that disco/dance impresario Giorgio Moroder had dropped enough rare tracks to fill two Soundcloud accounts, featuring alternate versions of songs he produced for Donna Summer, Battlestar Galactica, and much, much more.
Well, if you’re done combing through all that goodness, prepare to be overwhelmed all over again. It seems Moroder has opened a third Soundcloud account, this time dedicated to “oldies.” These include a number of songs from his late-’60s, early-’70s beginnings, and fitting with the times, they feature a lot of acoustic guitars and early experiments with synthesizers. Below, check out a bizarrely-good cover of Bob Dylan’s “The Mighty Quinn,” and head over to the oldies account to discover more gems. [Fact]
