Throbbing Brooklyn/Chicago noise trio These Are Powers have slated their next full-length, All Aboard Future, for release on Feb. 17. The album, which had artwork submitted by 13 artists from New York to Beijing is being released on Dead Oceans, whose offices will likely be a blur of activity the month of February with releases from Phosphorescent and Iran to deal with as well.
