After their new tracks trickled out in a tantalising selection of clips garnered from live performances in London, The xx have finally announced the much anticipated follow-up to their 2009 self-titled debut. Coexist will be out on September 11 via Young Turks in the U.S. and September 10 for the rest of the world.
Of the new record the band write, "After a long time on the road, we took a break, created our own studio and wrote these new songs that we're so looking forward to playing to you." Details of the xx’s forthcoming tour dates follow beneath a demo that the band created whilst producing the new album.
