The Very Best Announce New Mixtape, 'Super Mom'
The duo of Esau Mwamwaya and Radioclit, aka the Very Best, are making their long-awaited return to the music world this Mother's Day with their Super Mom mixtape, a new collection of songs that features BLK JKS, Baaba Mal, Antibalas, and Afrikan Boy, among others. It's the group's first music since 2009's excellent Warm Heart of Africa. You can hear a new single, "Super Mom," over at Pitchfork. The mixtape will be available here.
