This morning, veteran alt-rockers The Smashing Pumpkins announced this morning that they’re going to be hitting the road this fall for a U.S. tour. Having already announced confirmed dates in Mexico and Canada, the group gave a list of confirmed markets where they’ll be performing, but there aren’t any exact dates yet.
The Pumpkins will be splitting their set in two: performing their latest album, Oceania in full as part one and for the second half of the show they’ll play classics and deep cuts from their body of work. Their stageshow will be backed by visuals prepared by Sean Evans, whose most recent project was assisting Roger Waters on his latest staging of The Wall.
