The Rural Alberta Advantage Announce New Album
The Rural Alberta Advantage, buzz band of 2009 and earnest indie rockers for life, will be back with a new album in 2011. Here’s hoping it will be as sincerely emotive as Hometowns, their debut. Departing comes out March 1, 2011, and Pitchfork has published the track listing:

Departing, like its long player predecessor, will be released on Saddle Creek. The trio will play New York City’s Mercury Lounge on January 12. [P4K]
