How hot a trend is this whole making a video out of thousands of still photographs thing? Remember last year's clip for No Age's "Boy Void?" Or this year's vid for Kaki King's "Pull Me Out Alive?" If you do, then you've already got the picture (or, better yet, pictures) of what's to come in this first video off of the Raconteurs's Consolers of the Lonely. Who knew the little trick you used to do with a bunch of pencil drawings in the back of your notebook when you were bored at school could be so cool? Of course, anything is infinitely cooler in the hands of director Autumn de Wilde, who put all the pictures together. They accompany a pretty hip, hot, chug-a-lug riffing song as well.
