The Kooks at work on new album

Via: Gigwise
NME favorites, The Kooks, have hunkered down in the studio once again to begin work on their follow-up to 2006's debut album Inside In, Inside Out. The as-yet-untitled album is being recorded in the band's hometown of Brighton, and once again sees the lads teaming up with producer Tony Hoffer.
Normally, a young band facing the challenge of recording a sophomore album after quickly achieving critical and popular acclaim would be cause for great stress. Frontman Luke Pritchard isn't having any of that though: ''"To be honest I don't give a fuck how the next record does because I never expected any of this - well, I do give a fuck, but it isn't what my focus is.''"
So, as you may have guessed, the dude is straight-up terrified. Good luck with that Luke!
