Via: NMEDespite getting into fisticuffs at a show and almost being stiffed for $3,000 during their recent NYC stint, current NME/blog darlings The Horrors still enjoyed the Big Apple, according to frontman Faris Badwan.
"The crowds were really good. The best two were when we played two in one night, in Brooklyn and New York. The crowds are slightly more reserved, not that you'd think that after Halloween.
"They are different because they're not going to know us as well as London, but we're going to get different reactions when we go to places where people haven'''t received us before. I'm really happy with how we went down in New York."
