The Horrors Announce Tour

In the months following the release of their upcoming third album, The Horrors will head out on a North American tour to support Skying. It's their first release since 2009's very good Primary Colours and continues the progression from campy goth-rock to full-on shoegaze-leaning, '80s post-punk. As we reported previously, the band's biggest influences this time around seem to be the Cure (circa Disintegration) and Echo and the Bunnymen. Not a bad combo at all, but just get ready to start swaying, all you Horrors fans. The band begins its tour on the West Coast this September before jumping across the South and Midwest and ending in the Northeast.
