The-Dream Says He Made $15 Million Off Rihanna's "Umbrella," And Other Awesome Things
This is something that happened over the holidays, and only started circulating today, but is basically the best thing that happened this season: The-Dream was on Tim Westwood's show on the BBC, and he opened up big time, dropping some downright hilarious stuff about his marriages ("I got old wives' bills, I got new wives' bills, I'm working on a third wife, so I gotta pay those bills") and saying he banked a ridiculous $15 million for writing Rihanna's "Umbrella." That seems sort of like a reasonable amount though? Like, that song was everywhere, and it still probably sells a bunch on iTunes.
