We recently revealed that the Cure is headlining a bunch of festivals in Europe this summer, and now more dates have been added to the group’s schedule. Strangely, none of these will take place in Robert Smith’s native England, although there’s still plenty of time for any shows there to be announced.
Instead, the Cure will head to Spain, for a co-headlining appearance with Radiohead at the Bilbao BBK Live festival between July 12-14; and Portugal, where an appearance will be made at the Optimus Alive event on July 14 . Further festival dates include stops at Pink Pop in Holland (May 26), Hultsfred in Sweden (June 14-16) and Roskilde in Denmark (July 5-8).
It looks like Smith is going to have a busy summer—check out the full set of European festival shows the band is playing here.
