Fans of The Cool Kids might remember that the duo previously linked with Green Label Sound, which is Mountain Dew's record label, for the release of their "Delivery Man" single in 2008. This came after the Kids burst on the scene a few months prior with their The Bake Sale EP on Chocolate Industries. Since then, we have unfortunately seen how little official output has come from Mikey Rocks and Chuck Inglish. Their proper debut, When Fish Ride Biycles, has been delayed too many times to count.
But it's looking like we might actually hear that album soon(ish) as they left Chocolate Industries last year and re-joined forces with with Green Label Sound, which has since promoted, among others, Theophilus London. The only thing is, at this point, it's unclear when and how When Fish Ride Bicycles will be distributed. With that in mind, I'm not too excited about this news just yet. But to give Green Label Sound credit, they have been pretty solid in terms of pushing Theo London. So let's just all continue to be patient.
