Long-standing New Zealand rockers The Clean, whose last album, Mister Pop, came out in 2009, are gearing up for a rare (albeit brief) visit to the United States. The trio, comprised of Robert Scott and brothers David and Hamish Kilgour, will be hitting the road for a late spring/early summer tour around some major US cities, and Allston, Mass. Joining the band for five of its seven dates will be fellow Merge Records signees, Times New Viking, who joined the label last year and released its fifth album, Dancer Equired, in April 2011. You can stream "In the Dreamlife U Need a Rubber Soul" off The Clean's Mister Pop and, after that, check out where and when the tour will be stopping.
