So you bought the Black Keys' latest album, El Camino, this past December and you loved it. BUT! You are already craving more new material from the Akron, Ohio duo. Well, if that's the case, you just be beyond-excited to learn that they want to start working on a new record this year. In an interview with Billboard, guitarist-vocalist Dan Auerbach revealed that he and drummer Patrick Carney are already discussing what's next:
"We don't know when it would come out, but we want to try to get in the studio this year just to start working," Auerbach tells Billboard.com.
"We won't know [what it will sound like] 'til we get in there. We don't get to practice together on the road. We're always trying to write and keep ideas going, but where we're most comfortable is in the studio. I can't wait to get back in there."
