Thank You sign to Thrill Jockey

Thrill Jockey has been on a roll over the past week. After announcing the signing of the prolific experimental Boredoms, they have added the addition of Thank You to their aberrant roster. Their debut record due for release in late April has been engineered by J. Robbins (Jets to Brazil, Yeasayer, Mary Timony) and mixed by Chris Coady (Yeah Yeah Yeahs,Celebration, TV on the Radio). The band consisting of Jeffrey McGrath, Michael Bouyoucas, and Elke Wardlaw creates tracks with sparse cycles of experimentation and sample-worthy electronics. [Sneak peak of album]
