Ted Leo Announces Solo Tour Dates for 2011

It's been a pretty good year for Ted Leo. He released the acclaimed album The Brutalist Bricks with his band the Pharmacists and undertook a successful tour (for a breakdown of the album, read Leo's interview from March with this writer).

Come the new year, Leo will be (presumably) deconstructing the highly arranged songs from that album to undertake a tour all by his lonesome. He'll also be playing some of his earlier material. Tour dates were just announced by his label, Matador Records. They're as follows:

1.21 Boston, MA: Brighton Music Hall

1.22 Hamden, CT: The Space
1.23 Philadelphia, PA: Kung Fu Necktie
1.25 Scranton, PA: The Vintage Theater
1.26 Pittsburgh, PA: Andy Warhol Museum

1.29 Madison, WI: Der Rathskeller at the University of Wisconsin
1.30 Iowa City, IA: Gabe’s
