Taylor Swift's Fearless has claimed the top spot on the Billboard 200 for the tenth non-consecutive week, moving 62,000 copies, matching a feat not accomplished since Santana spent 12 weeks on top in the late '90s.. Overall albums sales were down from the bump they received post-Grammys, as Swift's album declined 32 percent in sales (similar to the overall 31% decline from last week).
