Taylor Swift's Fearless is, for the ninth non-consecutive week, the number one album in America. The album moved 92,000 copies on the back of Swift's Grammy appearance. Fearless has had the most weeks at number one since Santana's Supernatural spent 12 weeks on top in 1999 and 2000.
Also experiencing a Grammys sales boost is Raising Sand, the album of the year by Robert Plant and Alison Krauss, which jumped from number 69 to number two this week by selling 77,000 copies, a 715% increase from the pre-Grammy week. The album had hit number two back in 2007, and has now sold 1.26 million copies. [Billboard]
