Taio Cruz "Disgusted" by Chris Brown But Still Wants to Work with Him

English singer-songwriter and producer Taio Cruz has worked with artists including Kylie Minogue and Tinchy Stryder, and is set to add material to the next album by Chris Brown. Cruz has submitted songs for consideration for the record, even though he claims to have been “disgusted” by the singer’s attack on ex-girlfriend Rihanna.

"I don't condone what he did," he said. "I was disgusted by it. I'm sure most of his fanbase are women who will have turned their back on him – and rightly so – but I don't know. He's still an amazing musician, he's still really talented, he's still an amazing singer.”

A cynical person might think Cruz is just hopping on the Brown bandwagon, snatching a bag of loot, and hoping he doesn’t have to deal with him too much on a personal level. But it turns out that Cruz is more forgiving than that. “Everyone makes mistakes and as long as he's learnt from it, in terms of music, I'm definitely down for writing music for people,” he said.
