Supreme Cuts & Haleek Maul To Release ‘Chrome Lips’ August 21, Share New Track “The Dummy”

Young Bardbados-based rapper Haleek Maul came onto our radar not long ago, when he dropped “88,” an impressive track produced by the Drum. Following that, he released his Oxyconteen EP in June to positive reception. Chicago production duo Supreme Cuts, too, released their Whispers in the Dark project earlier this month.

Maul and Supreme Cuts have now teamed up, and they’re planning to drop a free album through Mishka on Aug. 21 called Chrome Lips. It’s apparently been in the making for over a year, when Maul reached out to the producers and “proceeded to freestyle over the phone for 5 minutes to prove his chops,” according to a press release. Maul will be joined by featured guests including Shady Blaze, Main Attrakionz, Kool A.D., Issue, Wise Blood and Yen Tech.
