Suge Knight is mad. Not at you! Calm down. The once mogul has fallen on hard times lately, having recently filed for bankruptcy, and Knight's financial duress has apparently helped him pinpoint the cause of his being robbed and shot three years ago: Kanye West.

It was in 2005 at a pre-MTV VMA party in Miami thrown by Kanye West where someone managed to sneak a gun past security, and shoot Knight in the leg. Suge also claims that he lost a 15-carat $135,000  diamond earring that night. He wants payback "for the damages of the loss of use and enjoyment of the earring" too, according to the lawsuit.

You're probably wondering why a man who just filed for bankruptcy is gunning for so much cash. Well, apparently Knight worked out a deal with the court that's going to allow him to keep a percentage of any money he collects from the suit.

I wonder how Kanye's handling this. Having a newly bankrupt Suge Knight decide that you owe him for something that happened three years ago probably isn't a good experience. Good thing all those stories about holding Vanilla Ice over a balcony by his ankles, and being involved in Tupac's murder aren't true, right? You don't think he's going to read this, do you?
