Suckers recently jumped to mid-sized indie Gigantic, and their first single for their new label is "Save Your Love for Me," a meditative, Modest Mouse jam crossed with chain gang ballad that features a line about colonoscopys. You can hear it over at Pitchfork.
The "Save Your Love for Me" single is due out on Nov. 24
I saw Suckers at CMJ. They were ok, I don't quite get why everyone is so excited. They sound a lot like Yeasayer. Although they went on after Das Racist, which isn't easy for anyone.
I've like what I've heard, but they sound like they could knock me out and just haven't yet. We'll see.
