Strokes IV Gets A Release Date
The chances of it being a disappointment are high, but that hasn’t stopped the world from getting really amped about the long-coming Strokes IV, and today we learned it’s only a couple months away. The still untitled fourth LP from the New York trad-rockers is reportedly due March 22, information acquired via an internal release schedule of label RCA. On their recent run of dates, The Strokes haven’t introduced any new songs, and their sets read like a farewell tour. It’ll be interesting to see where this album lands in their canon, hopefully not like Squeeze. [DCmusic]
