Over the past two weeks or so, Tokyo Police Club and their friends have been taking part in a project called Ten Days, Ten Covers, Ten Years that spotlights some of their favorite cuts from the past decade. And while the track listing remained relatively rock-leaning, it also had a few curve balls thrown into the mix. Two slightly random, but still pretty great, covers came via a riveting take on Kelly Clarkson's oft-covered "Since U Been Gone" and Miley Cyrus' mashup-friendly "Party in the U.S.A." Other highlights on the project include a killer version of "Southside" by Moby and an ambitious cover of LCD Soundsystem's "All My Friends.
You can stream the entire project and view its track listing below. It's due out Oct. 4.
