Are you a big R.E.M. fan who has heard the rumors that the band's upcoming Accelerate is a rocking return to form but who won't believe the good news until you've heard the album for yourself? Well, now you can do just that over at iLike. And don't worry, you don't even need to have an acccount on the sites that iLike is partnered with, iTunes and Facebook. In addition to the full album in all its streaming glory, there's also a video of Michael Stipe discussing the making of Accelerate. Old schoolers can get their hands on a physical copy of the album on Tuesday, April 1. No foolin'!
I feel like the only person who never really has liked REM. Including the much hyped new cd.

I used to be a big fan, but don't think I ever loved them. Definitely liked them. Listened to 'Green,' 'Eponymous,' and 'Monster' more than enough growing up.
I feel like the only person that has not listened to this album.

i listened to it about 3 times today at work. it's all pretty enjoyable, except that last song. it really bugs me.
It's definitely much better than R.E.M.'s last two albums, which is promising for the band's continued existence.
the new songs were killer live. - only consumed the new record once thus far, and I quite enjoy it.
