Stream: Richard Buckner’s ‘Our Blood’

It’s been a pretty long wait for anyone wanting to hear new material from Richard Buckner. His previous release, Meadow, dropped way back in 2006. It’s not like he wasn’t staying busy in the meantime, though. He wrote a film score that never quite worked out and he had some trouble with the law. But his fans should be satisfied next week when he drops his latest project, Our Blood. For anyone wondering whether or not he’s still got it, Buckner has allowed the folks at NPR to stream the entire record. He’s also hitting the road these next two months. Most the of the tour features David Kilgour as the co-headliner.
