For a band on hiatus, My Bloody Valetine has been a hot topic as of late. Yesterday brought the news of not only an unreleased song (“Good For You”), but also a new album and EP this year, according to frontman Kevin Shields. Couple this with the re-release onslaught Sony has planned for MBV on May 7, and it’s almost too much to take.
Among the upcoming reissues–which were all remastered by Shields–are the group’s two full-lengths, including 1991’s Loveless, which is available now for streaming in its entirety. One of its two discs is actually a previously unreleased remaster that was made from the original tapes. You can head over to the Guardian to hear it all. [CoS]
