
The release of Death Cab for Cutie's Codes and Keys is eight days away, but you can check out the album right now at NPR. It's the Seattle band's first record since 2008's Narrow Stairs and their seventh overall. The album also boasts what Death Cab frontman Ben Gibbard and bassist Nick Harmer have called a less guitar-centric sound. As they further clarified, though, that actually means they are just using the instrument in different ways
